Why is Your Store Showing US Dollars if You are a Canadian business?
Shopping cart displays US dollars for our American & European shoppers. Canadians paying with credit card (not PayPal) will pay in Canadian dollars (Equal) value to the US Dollar. No need to worry about the exchange rates.
Do you have other distribution points in the USA or Europe?
At this time, we operate and ship from Beeton/Tottenham Ontario Canada.
Will you ship to Europe?
We can ship to Europe and our shopping cart shipping calculator will calculate shipping for United Kingdom, Australia, Puerto Rico, if shipping rate isn't provided by the shopping cart, we may need to manually calculate your shipping cost after we receive your order online.
How long will it take to ship out my order?
When we receive your order online or by phone, we will ship your order out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days for all our IN STOCK products. If your products happen to be out-of-stock, we will contact you by phone and email. We work hard to meet your "deliver by" date that you provide us during the checkout process.
I need to receive my order by a specific date, what should I do?
Place your order online and call/email us about your specific date. We're happy to accommodate you if we can.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you live, average ground shipping transit time is 3-5 business days in the United States. And 1-5 business days in Canada. We are shipping from Beeton/Tottenham Ontario Canada.
